WebMD.com, in a stunning new article, reveals the 4 Steps to Better Health in 6 Weeks.

The steps recommended are really eye-opening. It's a wonder we didn't all think of this before. Ready. Here they are.

Step 1. Plan to participate in the four steps.
Step 2. Learn how to be healthy.
Step 3. Do what you learned.
Step 4. Feel better.
