Being ever so predicitable, a judge has used Ohio's new constitutional ban on gay marriage for a non-gay reason. Cuyahoga County judge Stuart Friedman, who must be gay, released an alleged domestic abuser because he claims the new ban on gay marriage also means that there is no protection for live-in girlfriends.
